Hundreds of stainless steel shapes were supplied by the cutting company Aqua Cut UK.

Each shape was marked up for pre-curving.

Tube sections were supplied rolled to size. Solid inner tubes were sand blasted, outer tubes formed from perforated sheet. |

Shapes were pressed to follow the curve of the metal tubes. |
The shapes were a complex jigsaw, requiring precise setting out. |
